REAL MOVEMENT BEGINS WHEN WE FINALLY LET GO OF THE PAST

Trauma-informed therapy for adults ready to break free from what’s holding them back. Specializing in anxiety, OCD, EMDR, and relationships.

You’ve worked hard to become who you’re “supposed” to be. But now, you’re wondering who you really are.

Life looks successful from the outside. You’re responsible, capable, and used to meeting high expectations at work, in your family, and in your relationships. People see someone dependable, someone who “has it together.” But they’d never guess that internally, things are very different: your mind rarely slows down, overthink conversations, second-guess decisions, and carries the constant pressure to hold everything in place.

For many people—especially those raised with strong expectations around achievement, loyalty, and responsibility—success was never just a goal, it was a requirement. You were expected to perform well, stay composed, and not disappoint others. When you couldn’t meet those expectations, it didn’t just feel like a mistake—it felt like something was wrong with you.

Over time, that kind of pressure becomes understandably exhausting. You may notice the same unhealthy relationship patterns repeating, or your emotions always seem to feel bigger than the situation calls for. And no matter how much you accomplish, it still doesn’t feel like enough.

Shift THE PATTERNS

Live WITH INTENTION

HELLO, I’M FUFAN.

It’s nice to meet you.

I know you’re probably here because you’re tired of feeling this way—you want it to just go away. You don’t want to continue feeling this angry or conflicted inside. And that makes sense, especially when you’ve been carrying trauma or pain for such a long time with little to no relief.

My work helps you understand the purpose and meaning behind your experiences and emotions rather than simply trying to eliminate or “solve” them. Because even though what you’re feeling is valid, emotions, particularly those shaped by pain, often speak from the past while standing in the present.

The shift—from reacting to understanding your experience—begins by turning inward. As you direct your attention away from the pressures and expectations of the outside world and toward your inner world, you’re able to rebuild a meaningful relationship with yourself. You can begin to recognize that it’s okay to be human. While your success and achievements are worthwhile, how you feel about yourself matters more.

MY SPECIALTIES

  • Many of the challenges you’re facing today—anxiety, anger, perfectionism, self-doubt, relationship struggles—are rooted in earlier experiences. They are the nervous system's response to experiences that were never fully resolved. Trauma therapy helps you understand how your past is quietly shaping your present, so you can respond in a different, healthier way.

  • EMDR is a structured, evidence-based therapy that helps your nervous system process unresolved experiences. Instead of talking around what happened, we help both your body and mind fully reprocess those experiences — so the past is finally experienced as the past, and no longer as something happening to you now.

  • EMDR Intensives are extended, focused sessions for individuals who want to make deeper progress in a shorter period of time. This format is ideal for clients who are ready for change and want dedicated, accelerated time to work through specific memories, experiences, or patterns.

  • Relationships are complicated—especially when you feel pulled back into patterns you thought you’d outgrown. If you struggle to set boundaries, feel responsible for others’ emotions, or keep ending up in unhealthy dynamics, this work can help. Therapy allows you to strengthen your relationship with yourself so you can build healthier, more balanced relationships without losing yourself in the process.

  • Anxiety and OCD make life more than just exhausting, often showing up as intrusive thoughts, perfectionism, fear of making the wrong choice, or a strong need for certainty. Through structured, evidence-based treatment, you can learn to regulate your emotions, decrease compulsive patterns, and feel more grounded in your day-to-day life.

THERE'S A REASON YOUR REACTIONS FEEL AUTOMATIC. THERE'S A REASON CERTAIN PATTERNS KEEP REPEATING. ...AND THERE'S A REASON SLOWING DOWN FEELS UNCOMFORTABLE.

Together, we’ll help your nervous system process what it’s still holding so you can respond from the present instead of the past. This allows you to begin caring for the most important relationship in your life—the one with yourself. That foundation will also reshape how you show up in the relationships you care about.
